What information do you need from me?
A recent TNB bill and a photograph of your roof is enough to start. For commercial sites, twelve months of bills and interval data if you have it will give a far more accurate answer, particularly if battery storage is being considered.
Is the assessment really free?
Yes. The desktop assessment, the drone roof survey and the structural check are all free and carry no obligation. You only commit anything when you accept a firm quotation.
What happens after I submit the form?
An engineer reviews your bill and roof and comes back within one working day with an indicative system size, a cost band and a payback estimate. If it looks worth pursuing, we arrange the site survey — usually within five working days.
Will I be handed to a salesperson?
No. The first response comes from an engineer, because the first questions that matter are technical: can your roof carry it, what does your load profile look like, and which scheme applies to you.
