Do you cover my area?
We cover the Klang Valley directly from Kuala Lumpur — including Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang, Klang, Rawang, Semenyih and Bangi — plus Penang in the north and Johor in the south. If you are outside these corridors, ask; we will tell you honestly whether we can service the site properly.
How quickly can you survey my site?
Within five working days across the Klang Valley in normal conditions. Because we are headquartered here rather than sending crews from elsewhere, surveys and fault callouts are handled by our own engineers.
Are you a local company or a subcontractor network?
Local, with our own engineers. Much of the Malaysian solar market runs on subcontracted installation crews, which is a large part of why workmanship and after-sales support vary so widely. The people who survey your roof are the people accountable for it.
